Under Vygantas's leadership, DOOR Training & Consulting Baltic received several awards as the most successful DOOR International representative in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Throughout his career, Vygantas has conducted training in Lithuania for companies such as YIT, SEB, Lietuvos Draudimas, Girteka, Telia, and Swedbank, as well as for numerous international corporations like Philip Morris, Tarket, and Merz in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Latvia, Russia, the USA, and other countries.
